I decided to start my own business as a consultant and coach while I was still a student. Together with friends I founded the Kipaji Endowment Fund and the Kipaji gemeinnützige UG (haftungsbeschränkt) to support education in Germany and Tanzania. As I am not only interested in the development of others, I regularly undergo various additional trainings in the field of training, coaching, team and organizational development.
In my role as an organizational, team developer and coach, I support people, teams and organizations in analyzing complex situations, gaining new perspectives, finding new ways, decisively taking the first steps and successfully completing jointly designed processes.
Over the years, I have gained a wide variety of experience in projects abroad and with intercultural teams. Especially in groups with high diversity and with participants from over 30 countries, I learned to deal calmly and sensitively with group dynamics and individual challenges.
As a leader and process facilitator, I have developed an agile, transcultural, and systemic mindset that I bring to consulting and supporting my processes and clients. As a lecturer and author, I design and support the developmental processes of students, teachers, and readers.
Clients experience me as a motivating, dynamic and empathic consultant who addresses individual needs with a goal-oriented structure, a view of the big picture and a large repertoire of methods. In the process I work appreciatively and encouragingly with my respective counterpart.
